Company Projekti Elabo d.o.o. is a specialized company to support companies in acquiring various development assets. Together with our partners, we offer comprehensive support to investment projects, from project idea, design, architecture, to financing and the possibility of obtaining grants or favorable lending, and evaluating the value of real estate, company or equipment.
Preparation of the complete tender documentation for grants from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry Food, Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, SPIRIT Agency, Slovenian Enterprise Fund, Slovenian Regional Development Fund and other institutions. Financing of investments and working capital through favorable loans from Slovenian Enterprise Fund, Slovenian Regional Development Fund, SID Bank and other institutions. We estimate the value of companies, real estate, machines, other assets and equipment (intangible assets, receivables, etc.) in accordance with the MSOV. We offer design and architecture services from designing sketches to complete documentation and control.
